Yes. Everything we sell is a laboratory research chemical, intended strictly for in-vitro research. Our products are not medicines, foods, dietary supplements, or cosmetics, and they are not for human or veterinary use.

Every batch is tested by an independent third-party laboratory: purity by reversed-phase HPLC and identity by mass spectrometry. Canada Post Xpresspost delivers in 1–3 business days Canada-wide. Orders placed before 4 PM ET Monday to Friday leave Pickering the same day.

Your tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If it has not arrived within a few hours of placing your order, check your spam folder or contact us.

We accept Interac e-Transfer only — no credit cards. At checkout you will see the exact amount, our e-Transfer email address, and your order number. Send the transfer from your banking app and put the order number in the transfer message so we can match your payment. Most transfers arrive within minutes; your order ships once the transfer is confirmed.

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) vials are stable at room temperature for shipping, and we recommend storing them long-term in a cool, dry place away from direct light — a refrigerator is ideal. Do not freeze vials, and keep them sealed until use.
