1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this store. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age in your province and that you are purchasing on behalf of yourself or a legitimate research organization.

2. Research use only

All products sold by Pickering Peptides are laboratory research chemicals, intended strictly for in-vitro research purposes. Our products are not medicines, foods, dietary supplements, or cosmetics. They are not for human or veterinary use under any circumstances. By ordering, you agree that you will not use, or provide to others for use, any product in a manner inconsistent with this restriction.

3. No medical advice

Nothing on this website constitutes medical, veterinary, or pharmaceutical advice. We do not provide guidance on dosing, administration, or any therapeutic application of our products, and we encourage you to consult a qualified professional for any such questions.

4. Orders and payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. We accept Interac e-Transfer only — no credit cards. An order is not confirmed until your e-Transfer is received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders we suspect violate these terms, and to refund the purchase amount in full.

5. Shipping

Orders ship from Pickering, Ontario via Canada Post Xpresspost (1–3 business days Canada-wide). Orders placed before 4:00 PM ET Monday to Friday ship the same business day; orders placed after that time or on weekends ship the next business day. Shipping is free on orders over $200 CAD. Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, delivery times are outside our control.

6. Returns

Unopened vials may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided you contact us first for a return authorization. Opened vials cannot be returned. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pickering Peptides is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
